Notice: This add-on supports Samsung devices with Knox 2.7.1 and higher.

This add-on facilitates remote control of Samsung devices through the Splashtop SOS app or the Splashtop Streamer app. It is intended for use by technicians utilizing Splashtop Rugged & IoT Remote Support, with the necessary commercial license required.

Instructions for using this add-on with Splashtop SOS:

1. Download and launch the Splashtop On-Demand Support (SOS) app on your mobile device (link).
2. Follow the instructions within the SOS app to install the appropriate add-on.
3. Share the session ID with your remote technician, who will utilize their Splashtop Rugged & IoT Remote Support account to access and control the device remotely.

Instructions for using this add-on with Splashtop Streamer:

1. Download and launch the Splashtop Streamer app on your device (set up from your Splashtop Remote Support account).
2. Install the appropriate add-on according to the instructions in the Streamer app.
3. Utilize the Splashtop Rugged & IoT Remote Support product obtained from Splashtop to access and control the device remotely.
